Algomo on PureGym
PureGym runs low-cost, 24-hour gyms across the UK, with prices that change from one gym to the next.
We added Algomo to PureGym's public website ourselves, without any help or setup from PureGym, and recorded a visitor using it. The prices, stock and pages in the video are PureGym's own, as the site showed them that day.
This is a demo on PureGym's public website. PureGym is not an Algomo customer. PureGym did not make or endorse this demo.
Don't believe it? Open the live demo and ask: “Which gyms are near SW1A 1AA?”

3 things Algomo does on PureGym's site, each with the moment it happens.
Widgets
The visitor taps for gyms near their Manchester postcode. PureGym's Manchester page opens beside the chat, and the three closest gyms land on a map, each with a photo and its starting price.
4 of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 showed a card in the chat.
Proactive message
They click Manchester Urban Exchange on PureGym's own page, and the gym page loads. Algomo speaks first, without being asked: Plus at that gym is £36.99 a month plus a £14.99 joining fee, with one button to see it.
Live answers
They ask about free parking and 24-hour opening. Algomo answers from the live site: yes to both.
Not in this demo
The visitor does not join or pay.
Questions before a call
Is PureGym an Algomo customer?
No. These brands are not Algomo customers, and they did not make or endorse these demos. We added Algomo to their public websites ourselves, without any help or setup from them. Prices, stock and reviews come from the website at that moment, so they change from day to day. Nothing is bought or booked in the videos. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.
How long until it is live on our site?
One snippet and a URL. The agent reads the pages the site already serves and builds its tools from the endpoints those pages call. Systems that only staff can reach are connected with help, on Business and Enterprise.
Where do the answers come from, and what happens when the site changes?
From the live page and the site's own APIs, called in the visitor's session. A watchdog watches every connection and rebuilds a mapping when a redesign breaks it, so the next answer reads the changed page.
What does a conversation cost, and what does a failed one cost?
A conversation that actually helped someone costs five credits. One that went nowhere costs nothing. The plan sets the monthly credits, there is no overage, and no charge is ever added to the amount picked.
Who can change the agent once it is live?
AI agents, over MCP, from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and anyone in the dashboard. Every change is staged in a session with a diff and saved in one step, so a person sees what changed before it is live.
What happens when a visitor needs a person?
Handover is built in. The person on the team gets the whole conversation, and escalation routing is set up with help on the Business plan.
What data leaves the visitor's browser?
Connectors run inside the visitor's own session, so their prices, region and basket stay where they are. Enterprise plans add a DPA, retention controls, SSO and a security review.
Can the same test run against the chat we have today?
Yes. The same questions to the current chat and to Algomo, on the site, with the site's own pages as the referee, the way this recording was made.
