Algomo on HubSpot

HubSpot sells CRM software for marketing, sales and service teams, priced by plan and by seat.

We added Algomo to HubSpot's public website ourselves, without any help or setup from HubSpot, and recorded a visitor using it. The prices, stock and pages in the video are HubSpot's own, as the site showed them that day.

This is a demo on HubSpot's public website. HubSpot is not an Algomo customer. HubSpot did not make or endorse this demo.

Don't believe it? Open the live demo and ask: “We're a 5 person sales team. Which Sales Hub plan do we need and what does it cost?”

What the recording shows

7 things Algomo does on HubSpot's site, each with the moment it happens.

Widgets

The visitor runs a sales team of five and asks which plan fits. Algomo answers with a plan card built from HubSpot's live pages, the best fit marked, and opens the Sales Hub page.

4 of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 showed a card in the chat.

Co-navigation

They pick Starter, and Algomo opens the Starter page beside the chat.

None of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 opened a page for the visitor.

Live answers

They ask if Starter records calls and if there is a free trial. Algomo looks it up on HubSpot's live site as they ask, so a question that would mean a sales call is answered on the spot.

Qualification

Only when they ask to talk to sales does Algomo ask for a work email. Nobody fills in a form.

Enrichment

Algomo looks up the email, finds a two-person consultancy, and checks with the visitor that it is right.

Routing

This lead fits, so Algomo routes it to the sales team's calendar in the chat. Sales meets only the leads that fit.

Meeting booking

They pick a time, and the form is filled in for them. Nothing is booked until they confirm.

Not in this demo

The booking is not confirmed and no email is sent.

The two people in the video are real and public. Their names show, but their email addresses are blurred.

Questions before a call

Is HubSpot an Algomo customer?

No. These brands are not Algomo customers, and they did not make or endorse these demos. We added Algomo to their public websites ourselves, without any help or setup from them. Prices, stock and reviews come from the website at that moment, so they change from day to day. Nothing is bought or booked in the videos. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.

How long until it is live on our site?

One snippet and a URL. The agent reads the pages the site already serves and builds its tools from the endpoints those pages call. Systems that only staff can reach are connected with help, on Business and Enterprise.

Where do the answers come from, and what happens when the site changes?

From the live page and the site's own APIs, called in the visitor's session. A watchdog watches every connection and rebuilds a mapping when a redesign breaks it, so the next answer reads the changed page.

What does a conversation cost, and what does a failed one cost?

A conversation that actually helped someone costs five credits. One that went nowhere costs nothing. The plan sets the monthly credits, there is no overage, and no charge is ever added to the amount picked.

Who can change the agent once it is live?

AI agents, over MCP, from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and anyone in the dashboard. Every change is staged in a session with a diff and saved in one step, so a person sees what changed before it is live.

What happens when a visitor needs a person?

Handover is built in. The person on the team gets the whole conversation, and escalation routing is set up with help on the Business plan.

What data leaves the visitor's browser?

Connectors run inside the visitor's own session, so their prices, region and basket stay where they are. Enterprise plans add a DPA, retention controls, SSO and a security review.

Can the same test run against the chat we have today?

Yes. The same questions to the current chat and to Algomo, on the site, with the site's own pages as the referee, the way this recording was made.
