Algomo on Blinds 2go

Blinds 2go is a UK online retailer of made-to-measure blinds, curtains and shutters, priced by the size of the window.

We added Algomo to Blinds 2go's public website ourselves, without any help or setup from Blinds 2go, and recorded a visitor using it. The prices, stock and pages in the video are Blinds 2go's own, as the site showed them that day.

This is a demo on Blinds 2go's public website. Blinds 2go is not an Algomo customer. Blinds 2go did not make or endorse this demo.

Don't believe it? Open the live demo and ask: “Compare Sevilla Blackout Grey and Toledo Blackout Crisp White for a 100 cm wide, 120 cm drop recess.”

What the recording shows

3 things Algomo does on Blinds 2go's site, each with the moment it happens.

Live answers

The visitor asks for a blackout roller blind, 120 cm wide by 150 cm drop, fitted in the recess, under £60. Algomo prices blinds at that size on Blinds 2go's live site and shows two in a card: the Toledo at £42.09 and the Sevilla at £53.80.

Co-navigation

They tap the Toledo, and its page opens beside the chat with 120 × 150 cm and recess fitting already set.

None of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 opened a page for the visitor.

Widgets

They pick the cheaper Toledo in the comparison card, and its page stays open with the measurements set.

4 of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 showed a card in the chat.

Not in this demo

It does not add to basket or check out. The visitor presses the page's own price button themselves.

Questions before a call

Is Blinds 2go an Algomo customer?

No. These brands are not Algomo customers, and they did not make or endorse these demos. We added Algomo to their public websites ourselves, without any help or setup from them. Prices, stock and reviews come from the website at that moment, so they change from day to day. Nothing is bought or booked in the videos. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.

How long until it is live on our site?

One snippet and a URL. The agent reads the pages the site already serves and builds its tools from the endpoints those pages call. Systems that only staff can reach are connected with help, on Business and Enterprise.

Where do the answers come from, and what happens when the site changes?

From the live page and the site's own APIs, called in the visitor's session. A watchdog watches every connection and rebuilds a mapping when a redesign breaks it, so the next answer reads the changed page.

What does a conversation cost, and what does a failed one cost?

A conversation that actually helped someone costs five credits. One that went nowhere costs nothing. The plan sets the monthly credits, there is no overage, and no charge is ever added to the amount picked.

Who can change the agent once it is live?

AI agents, over MCP, from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and anyone in the dashboard. Every change is staged in a session with a diff and saved in one step, so a person sees what changed before it is live.

What happens when a visitor needs a person?

Handover is built in. The person on the team gets the whole conversation, and escalation routing is set up with help on the Business plan.

What data leaves the visitor's browser?

Connectors run inside the visitor's own session, so their prices, region and basket stay where they are. Enterprise plans add a DPA, retention controls, SSO and a security review.

Can the same test run against the chat we have today?

Yes. The same questions to the current chat and to Algomo, on the site, with the site's own pages as the referee, the way this recording was made.
