Algomo on Apple

Apple makes the iPhone, Mac and iPad and sells them through its own stores and website. This demo runs on its UK online store.

We added Algomo to Apple's public website ourselves, without any help or setup from Apple, and recorded a visitor using it. The prices, stock and pages in the video are Apple's own, as the site showed them that day.

This is a demo on Apple's public website. Apple is not an Algomo customer. Apple did not make or endorse this demo.

Don't believe it? Open the live demo and ask: “Help me choose an iPhone under £900.”

What the recording shows

3 things Algomo does on Apple's site, each with the moment it happens.

Live answers

The shopper has an iPhone 13 and wants an upgrade under £1,000. Apple's iPhone shop opens beside the chat, and Algomo picks three, each with today's price from Apple's live site and the hours of video playback it adds over the iPhone 13.

Widgets

They tap to compare all three. One card shows each price after trading in their iPhone 13, and which one adds the most battery for the money.

4 of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 showed a card in the chat.

Co-navigation

They press Pick on the iPhone 17 in the card, and its buy page opens beside the chat.

None of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 opened a page for the visitor.

Not in this demo

It does not reserve, buy or check out.

The trade-in figure is the top of Apple's range for an iPhone 13, £130 to £170 by condition, not a quote for a specific phone.

AppleCare+ is in the total only. Nothing is added to a bag.

How it helps the shopper

Shoppers weigh up a few options before they buy. These are the parts of that the video shows.

Questions before a call

Is Apple an Algomo customer?

No. These brands are not Algomo customers, and they did not make or endorse these demos. We added Algomo to their public websites ourselves, without any help or setup from them. Prices, stock and reviews come from the website at that moment, so they change from day to day. Nothing is bought or booked in the videos. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.

How long until it is live on our site?

One snippet and a URL. The agent reads the pages the site already serves and builds its tools from the endpoints those pages call. Systems that only staff can reach are connected with help, on Business and Enterprise.

Where do the answers come from, and what happens when the site changes?

From the live page and the site's own APIs, called in the visitor's session. A watchdog watches every connection and rebuilds a mapping when a redesign breaks it, so the next answer reads the changed page.

What does a conversation cost, and what does a failed one cost?

A conversation that actually helped someone costs five credits. One that went nowhere costs nothing. The plan sets the monthly credits, there is no overage, and no charge is ever added to the amount picked.

Who can change the agent once it is live?

AI agents, over MCP, from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and anyone in the dashboard. Every change is staged in a session with a diff and saved in one step, so a person sees what changed before it is live.

What happens when a visitor needs a person?

Handover is built in. The person on the team gets the whole conversation, and escalation routing is set up with help on the Business plan.

What data leaves the visitor's browser?

Connectors run inside the visitor's own session, so their prices, region and basket stay where they are. Enterprise plans add a DPA, retention controls, SSO and a security review.

Can the same test run against the chat we have today?

Yes. The same questions to the current chat and to Algomo, on the site, with the site's own pages as the referee, the way this recording was made.
